HR Imports Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, or arising from any of the above, except to the extent that mandatory provisions in consumer protection law or other applicable mandatory legislation provide otherwise for such damages.

Disputes

We strive to resolve any potential disputes regarding your order primarily through mutual agreement, so please first contact our Customer Service to settle the matter.

If a dispute related to the sales agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must first contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the local magistrate (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
