HR Imports Oy, Business ID: 3563796-8, Address: Härkävaljakontie 28, 00750 Helsinki, sells products to businesses and private individuals within the EU. These terms and conditions apply to ordering products from our online store and similar deliveries.
These terms and conditions are effective from 10 November 2025. We may amend the terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review them each time you order products from our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of the products in our online store are shown on each product’s description page. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the current prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include VAT, which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs for your order (if any) in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Ordering and Agreement
You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming the order by paying for the contents of the cart via the payment service. By ordering from our online store, you are deemed to have read and accepted the current terms and conditions. You understand that your confirmed order, except for any rights of withdrawal stated later, is binding and constitutes an agreement between you and us in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email when placing the order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
