Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, in the case of regular deliveries of goods, after receiving the first batch of goods.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly to the following email address:

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are returned in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return.

If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is made, to the return address stated below. The sender must, if necessary, provide proof that the goods were returned within the deadline, for example, with a return receipt. The sender must bear the costs of returning the goods. These costs will not be reimbursed.

When returning an order, please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for the refund.

We will refund the amount you paid for the order without undue delay in accordance with consumer protection law.

Products classified as food, such as dietary supplements and pouches, are not subject to the right of return.

The right of return does not apply to products that fall under the category of food. This includes, for example, food and beverage products, vitamins, and dietary supplements. These cannot be returned for hygiene or product safety reasons. If a return is accepted for any reason, any reduction in the product’s value will be taken into account, as even unopened food products cannot be resold.
